It is with profound gratitude for a job exceptionally well done that I write to advise you that Tom Philip has informed the Board of Trustees of his plans to retire in June 2027, at the close of the 2026–2027 school year. When that milestone day arrives, after 26 years of his steady and extraordinary leadership, Tom will be the longest tenured Head of School other than Brunswick’s founder.
Meg Jay, Ph.D., a renowned clinical psychologist, spoke to students about what she describes as the most underappreciated and “defining” decade of life — the 20s — and how to get the most out of both high school and college.
Brunswick – led by senior Nathan Lee's individual victory – battled to a sixth-place finish at the Division I New England Championships, the program's best-ever finish.
Brunswick’s Upper School Math Team earned first place overall at the prestigious Harvard-MIT Math Tournament, held this past weekend at Harvard University.
